Ocean Spray

Location: Langley, B.C.

Located on 10 acres of land in Gloucester Industrial Park, the Ocean Spray Cranberry Receiving and Cleaning Facility houses a structural steel building, a 225,000 square foot cranberry receiving pool, a 10,000 square foot cleaning and packaging plant, a 4,000 square foot office and laboratory area in addition to a watewater treatment plant. This $10 milliion facility was completed in the summer of 1998, and received its first batch of fruit in September of that year.
